1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exceptions
